Job Summary
NDT Consultancy Services Inc. is seeking a motivated Marketing & Sales Intern to support business development, outreach, and brand growth initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing strategy, sales outreach, client engagement, and technical service promotion in the industrial and workforce development space.
The intern will work directly with leadership to help expand program awareness, attract new students and clients, and support ongoing marketing campaigns for training and consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with marketing campaigns across digital platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, email, website)
- Support sales outreach to potential clients, partners, and training participants
- Help develop marketing materials (flyers, brochures, presentations, social media posts)
- Assist with lead tracking and CRM updates
- Conduct basic market research on competitors, pricing, and target audiences
- Support email campaigns, follow-ups, and client communications
- Help represent NDT Consultancy Services Inc. at career fairs, training events, or outreach activities
- Track and report basic marketing and sales metrics
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using social media and digital tools
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in industrial services, technical training, or workforce development
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, or social media analytics
- Basic graphic design or content creation experience (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Prior sales, marketing, or customer service experience (academic or part-time work)
